Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Kedia Corporation, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order or request a refund. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are accepted.

1. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not been shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within the same business day of placing the order at info@flexpvc.in.

  2. Provide your order number and cancellation request.

We will confirm your cancellation request within 1 business day and inform you if the cancellation is successful.

2. Refunds
Refunds are only provided for the following situations:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will offer a refund within 7-10 business days as per our Return Policy.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that the following circumstances do not qualify for refunds:

  • Orders that have already been shipped or delivered.

  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Products purchased for reasons other than a manufacturing defect.

  • Custom or special order products.

  • Any damage of goods due to mishandling or caused during transportation.

4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on the payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

  • Refund Amount: If a refund is granted due to a manufacturing defect, we will refund the full purchase price of the product. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For cancellations made within the allowed window and where the product has not been shipped, no shipping costs will be incurred.

  • For returns due to manufacturing defects, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For any non-defective product returns or cancellations outside of our stated policy, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
