We currently offer shipping to all locations within India. If you are located outside of India, please contact us at info@flexpvc.in for international shipping options.

The expected shipping time for your order is between 2 to 14 business days, depending on your delivery location. While we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary based on factors such as:

  • Delivery location

  • Availability of the product

  • Third-party courier services

  • Weather and other unforeseen delays

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and the shipping method selected. We offer various shipping options to suit your needs.

4. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation of payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Confirmation

6. Delivery Issues
While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, in rare cases, there may be delays or issues with the delivery. If your order is delayed, please contact us at info@flexpvc.in, and we will assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving the issue.

7. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable to receive your order at the time of delivery, the courier will typically attempt a re-delivery. If re-delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@flexpvc.in with photographic evidence. We will assist you with filing a claim with the courier and work on resolving the issue promptly.

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas.

  • Shipping may not be available in certain remote or inaccessible locations. If there is an issue with shipping to your location, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
